Baltimore Renaissance Group is a real estate development company that was founded by two visionary women that saw a need for a better way of life for people that are not able to help themselves.  Their vision was to develop neighborhoods that provided a better way of life via fair housing, economic opportunities, social services with a purpose and accountability on outcomes, financial education, and a progressive and harmonious social enviroment that encourages and harbors long term growth and changes to lifestyles.

 

Our team has over 25+ years experience in; Real Estate, governement contracts, social service programs, grant writing, event planning, healthcare, and financial education.

ABOUT US

Our vision at B.R.G. is to take a historic city with infrastructure and economic vitality challenges and utilize a public-private partnership to bring a Renaissance to the Baltimore communities that not only deserves it, but is positioned for an influx of opportunities.  

 

We are slated to have a three phase project that will revitilze the area one community at time.  Starting with a planned urban development project that will have retail opportunities, workforce development services, child, banking and healthcare spaces.  We hope that we are able to not only service various sectors of our vulnerable society by specific placement but take them from the place of government dependency to phase two which is independent living training where they are able to rent to own.  Our final phase will be the redevelopment of single family residences where they are able to buy their first home and build a community for themselves that will thrive and grow.
